We loved this place! We stayed for two nights in the Mardi Gras Room. The room was huge and gorgeous with an old antique-style bed, very romantic. The bathroom was a beatiful old Victorian room. In the Bywater area which is coming back from the hurricane. We satyed in the Mission Suite 12 Mar 07-16 Mar 07. Yes there are occasional trains, however they did not detract or bother us.
