We had the pleasure of visiting the Historic Bourbon Orleans during March. The hotel staff was friendly the entire trip. Room was a queen overlooking the pool courtyard. It was clean and quiet and the location is great if you are planning on spending time on Bourbon. We will be visiting again for a week in December. We cant wait... more

This was a decent hotel. The rooms were clean and big enough to be comfortable. The balconies were small but provided a nice view of the Bourbon Street area. The hotel is extremely close to Jackson Square and is directly off of Bourbon St. near all the French Quarter sights and sounds. The noise was not bad in Mid-October but... more

Stayed here in 8/09 when I went to visit our daughter on her recommendation. I booked the reservation right from the hotel website. I paid for one room with two beds and one Suite or Jr. Suite. Their website said the suite had a couch, 2 chairs and a table. It did not. I didn't really think about it when... more

We stayed in room 208. Apparently this room is located directly above the Bourbon Oh bar. The music blared into our room until 3 in the morning. We called the front desk but all we were told is that it usally closes around 2. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Sleeping in this place is very difficult If you are... more

Right off Bourbon Street I was concerned about the noise. No worries. Room was smalller than luxury hotels but clean and well furnished. No sign of the ghosts. New Orleans is a wlaking city and this hotel is right in the heart of things. more

5 of us met (from east and west coast of the states) in New Orleans to have a girls get together for 5 days. After careful and lengthy research, we decided to stay at Bourbon Orleans. So glad we did! Location: Fantastic! Corner of Bourbon & Royal (across the St. Louis Cathedral). Everything was walking distance and we were centrally... more

Located a half a block from Bourbon street, this quaint-looking, but modern hotel was the perfect choice. An August Wed-Sat stay cost on average $75 a night. What a bargain for what you get. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and the pool was perfect. There was a charge for internet in the rooms, but the lobby has 2... more

Stayed here a few weeks before christmas and absolutely fell in love with New Orleans. It actually snowed (which it hadnt in 4 years) so it was magical. Bourbon Orleans was a great base. Right next to Bourban street but still quiet enough to sleep, decent rooms and price. The service was no existant though. They didnt service our rooms... more

The rooms were ok but the hall carpets were REALLY DIRTY! My husband was stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes which feels like an eternity.... Room never got clean and made up at 5:45 we had to ask for new towels. 2 weddings in the building and its was crazy all night music and people loud in the... more

I've stayed at this hotel many times while in NOLA. I miss it being a Wyndham, but I experienced wonderful hospitality by the front desk staff and concierge. They accommodated my room request, which was great considering it was Labor Day weekend. You can't beat the location either. My only complaint is charging for internet access. I refuse to rate... more
