The lobby is dirty, only one person working the desk for weekend travelers, nothing works properly. There is no restaurant, they charge for the telephone and internet even if you don't use either. The rooms are only semi-clean, chunks of plaster missing, no remote for the TV, the phone only works after banging on it repeatedly. The drapes were only... more

This is an unbelievably filthy hotel. Hotel manager Monica has an attitude about her in that she is obliging you by allowing you to stay there. If you complaint, she would tell you, "oh, you want that!" with her eye brows raised and looking down on you she would tell you to leave the hotel because she thinks people will... more

I stayed here about 9 years ago and the hotel was 1000 times better than it is now. It hardly resembled the same place. They haven't spent anything on it's upkeep. My husband and I are pretty low maintenance but I guess we have our limits. We managed to stay there one night although two huge roaches appeared in our... more

The property was dark, the only worker we ever noticed as the person at the front dest. It truly remnded us of a scary movie. The lobby was barren, the restaurant/bar closed. The elevator tiles were coming down, the rooms were marked in pencil, the halls dark and deserted. The room was also dark, the curtains hung crooked, the plumbing... more

Had a great stay! Room was clean and spacious. Service and security good. Cannot beat the location. Only concern was no continental breakfast during our stay due to the Hotel's resturant closed... reopening soon. I would definitely recommend this Hotel! more

Hotel photos are simply misleading. The restaurant is closed, rooms are shabby, with broken windows and less than clean bathrooms. Overall dark and dreary with a sense of neglect. However, I would be remiss to not compliment the staff regarding their hospitality and willingness to take the extra step to assist. Specifically Lillian, a wonderful lady who even hailed a... more

This hotel is true that you get what you pay for... It was a very old hotel however the access to everywhere was wonderful. You could only take a quick shower and had to wait atleast an hour for more hot water.. the rooms are very dark and compact to say the least. We did not ever see any bugs... more

We stayed there last yaer and it was a good stay, this year sucked. Ac did not work, had to finally get the Lady (Lillian I think) in charge of housekeeping to call the manager to get us another room. Hotel is not kept clean, not sure how it passes local code. Elevator has no inspection record and an open... more

This hotel room was extremely dirty. The hotel lobby is disgusting and dirty. Gabriel, the security guard is an scumbag, bully, a-hole. We had guests waiting for us in the lobby, while we changed in our room. Gabriel kicked our guests out of the lobby, into 40 degree weather, after only 5-10 minutes of waiting. Upon complaining to hotel management,... more

I should have known what kind of hotel I was staying in when I saw that some of the other doors on the third floor had their room numbers printed in magic marker. Our a/c did not work and the desk clerk tended to that promptly. When the maintenance man said that it couldn't be fixed, she offered to move... more
