Mike front door, you gotta meet...Sue @ car unload, great @ things to do, Joe, @ bellstaff, immediately became my friend. Room was not 4 star. Small with soso view. (9th floor end). I understand this room went for 250+...I would have gone... more

Our stay at The New Orleans Marriott was wonderful. Our room (3812) was clean and comfortable. We also had a nice view of the river as well as Canal Street. The location was perfect for the attractions we visited. We've chosen this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. more

We went Memorial Day weekend for my brother's wedding to New Olreans. Most stayed at the Hotel Monteleone. We stayed at the Marriott. We LOVED it. Sure, it lacked the charm that the Monteleone has, but we had MUCH more. The hotel is gorgeous from the moment you walk in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a... more

This was a great place to stay. We got in late in the evening and were upgrade to a suite for the four nights we stayed. Staff at the hotel were always pleasant and helpful with the exception of the Concierge who alwyas seemed frazzled. The room was great. Wonderful view out to the quarter. The only complaint was the... more

Hotel was nice but nothing special. We were on the 28th floor. The rooms were very clean but the bathroom was very small. There is no free wi-fi in the room but it is available in the hotel lobby with a limit of 4 hours/day. This hotel has a unique elevator system. You punch in your floor and it tells... more

For our first trip to New Orleans, we chose this hotel. It was extremely convenient to the casino and to the French Quarter. Opinion on check-in and check-out - Reception staff was not unfriendly, just not welcoming. Hubby described the hotel as functional, which in my opinion means “cold”. It was a good place to rest your head after a... more

My wife and I were guests here for four nights during a recent business trip. Had a king bed room on a high floor. Room size was standard, if not a little on the smaller side. The location at the edge of the French Quarter was great. A streetcar line runs in front of the hotel and the French Quarter/Bourbon... more

I would have rated this property a three after I found out about the hidden parking charge....($30.00 USD a night plus $7.30 USD Tax). I found that insane. I have stayed at many Marriott properties, I am a Marriott Rewards Member. I love the Marriott chain. Marriott fixed the problem, leaving me very satisfied. I stayed 2 night at this... more
