They are not staffed well enough to handle a crowd. Ran out of food for breakfast, not enough staff to supply room service, served rotten tasting lunch meat to meeting attendees, poor service all around.

Everything you would expect fro a 5 star property, and more. Service was above reproach, from check in, through our stay and continued till we walked out the door.
