We stayed at the Omni Royal Crescent the week of Thanksgiving, 2011. They seemed busy, but the staff was always quick to handle every request. Friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, but well-kept up. Anyone can find a tiny problem here or there, but the overall feeling was great. We will return there on our next trip. More
