New Orleans is definitely back in business, and I can't imagine that the Windsor Court could have been any better before Katrina. Our stay was flawless. Previous reviews of this hotel seemed rather mediocre to me. So, I contacted the hotel and told them of my reservations on getting a room which was not of top quality.
