The Courtyard by Marriott Convention Center hotel on Julia Street in New Orleans has good rooms and a friendly staff but we couldn't sleep for the noise. Our room faced a street with a bar that played booming music and stayed open until 4 a.m. People were in the street, horns honking and police sirens occassionally.
