The hotel looked nice on the outside. Housekeeping was severely lacking. Our room was not cleaned...it was simply covered up. Good location. Nice staff. Bell men need to learn the value of a dollar. We called for our valet in advance and ended up waiting 30 minutes at the door for our rental jeep. More
