We've now been to Hotel Cristallo three times and it has always been great. It has everything you need for a family skiing holiday, if your children are under 12. It is beautiful, very child friendly, the staff are always friendly and helpful - and this year we had great snow for skiing.

We are totally new to skiing and were totally cared for at ski school. Fantastic hotel and facilities. Food was amazing. Ski boots, skies and staff just wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in the new appartments in block 2 but using the all inclusive package. Appartments are really nice, 45m2 with lounge and sofa bed and a separate bedroom.
