Excellent food for dinner, good breakfast. A bit expensive, but good. Nice garden with a short path to the lake. All rooms have windows with view to the lake. No W-Lan availiable in fall 2009. more
The hotel itself is nicely located just a few meters from the lake. On the other side of the hotel there is quite busy road but all the rooms and a restaurant have lake view so it should not be a big issue. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and nice. The food and service in the... more
Difficult to be closer to water : the end of the hotel garden runs into the lake. Mondsee is a strange place because only the Lackner and one other restaurant look onto the lake.
