I went for skiing holidays with all family in early December 2008, beautiful hotel and superb assistance, very pleasent and helpful people. Nice surroundings with lots of funky bars and fantastic atosphere. Surely we will go back this year just before Xmas. more

We stayed at the Steigenberger Kaprun for a February ski break. The staff provided excellent, efficient service in all aspects, and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. we arrived at this hotel for a week in february 2008- half term actually! On arrival we were given orange juice or sparkling wine. The room overlooked the mountains and had balcony and was spotlessly clean with little toiletries. Excellent Hotel. Lovely staff and the amenities were great. One complaint though, went to the bar with some bloke called Michael and couldn't get him to buy me a drink! Said he was saving for his wedding.............reckoned he still had his confirmation money! Also said he was allergic to nickel, couldn't quite figure that one out! more
