Karl the barman is really friendly and cannot do enough for you and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is lovely and warm, which is great when you have just come back in from skiing, they provided lovely free snacks for you on your arrival back from skiing and most evenings you are treated to 4 ~ 5 courses....
