The pension Norika is a tradional Austrian building, which provides B&B and some studio flat style accommodation. It fronts on to the main road (parking at front and opposite) and is very close to one of the cable cars/ski lifts operating during the summer season. Our room was on the 2nd floor (top - no lifts) at the rear of the hotel so the only noise came from the nearby church that started to chime at 6:00 in the morning (with a flurry of bells at 7:00). This simply means that you can make the most of the days as there are lots of excellent high level walks (as well as a simple 4km stroll along the riverside to Hinterglemm). The room was spacious enough for two (with a single sofa chair I guess for a child or another adult in the ski-ing season) and the bed was a comfy Austrian twin.
