Fantastic staff, great location - very central and convenient for everything and food was superb. Hotel although dated, is very clean and my bed was very comfortable! We were a party of 17 and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Would definitely return!

What can I say, this hotel might be a little tired but you will need to look hard to find the tired bits! A week spent here can only be described as excellent. the location at the bottom of the chair is spot on, the staff where very helpful, the food was good and the free wine of decent quality.... More

Firstly, if your skis/ boards do not arrive with you because of the small amount of carriage space on the turbo prop plane chartered by Inghams from Birmingham, you are entitled to free ski hire (page 300 of 13/14 brochure) don't be fobbed off, we pointed the T&Cs out to the rep and eventually got a refund just before we... Hotel location is excellent at the base of a gondola, opposite the ski hire shop and only a short walk into the village. Hotel decor was dated, but comfortable, and staff were efficient and friendly. Plenty of hot water, we had a bath with shower over, which was lovely after a hard day skiing. Food was good with a selection... More

Staff were very polite and helpful. More like a hotel than a chalet hotel. I stayed in a single room which had view of slope and ski lift and was able to watch skiers and toboggans (worth a try for 6.5 euros for a day's hire). Room dated but shower very good. TV had no English channels but I do... More

Stayed here 25th January for 1 week as part of a group of 13. We had a three bedded room, no 307, which was excellent, very large with a double & Single, plenty of cupboard space, a settee and tv plus a good size bathroom. The Inghams staff were all very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Breakfast was... More

The staff were fantastic, although young they were keen, polite and professional, We had a soft spot for Luke sky walker and petalpillowchopper and Anna but all of you were great. The food was superb, very well cooked and presented,a real treat and great wine too and tea time soup, cake and biscuits were on my mind as we did the last runs of... More

This hotel was in a great location for skiing as the lift that took you to the godola was stright outside the bootroom. The hotel was clean the food good and the staff were great. The downside is that the bootroom was always unlocked (the manager said he was going to sort this, so hopefully it will now be locked)... More

I cannot fault the location of the hotel and the staff. As pointed out in a previous persons review the staff are young and they were excellent. The food was top quality, better than expected thanks to Rauri the chef. Tuesday was our self catering night and there are restaurants in easy walking distance. Rooms are very warm, you can... More

We stayed at the Pinzgauerhof as a group of 10 in March 2012. The location is excellent, close to bars and on the doorstep is the Reiterkogel lift which takes you up to all the slopes to go across to Saalbach. The Goasstall bar is also just up the slope behind the hotel! Food is fine and there are good... More
