On the plus side: Great views from our room. The indoor pool was very good. Service was attentive and friendly. Location is a nice distance from Innsbruck city centre - just a lazy tram ride of 20 mins or so. Good value. Negatives? Rooms and bathrooms are in need of an upgrade.

This is a lovely place to stay. Pretty village outside Innsbruck with delightful views. Spotless modern bathrooms, comfortable beds. Very helpful service. The owners are on hand and clearly take a genuine care and pride in their product. The food is outstanding, a very generous and fresh breakfast buffet and wonderful dinners. Highly recommended.

I found this hotel for a new years eve break and I know where I will be staying each and every new year's eve from now on. We had a suite on the 3d floor looking down the valley towards Innsbruck. The view was breathtaking. The room was very comfortable and one bath looked out over the valley--fabulous! Hotel Seppl is a large yet cosy hotel run by the Fritz family for generations. There were lots of interesting old pieces on display. The staff were very helpful, with tear-off maps on the counter and brochure display boards near the lift. The tariff for bed, afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast was excellent value. We have booked for our wedding anniversary a "Seppl's Romantic Days" package. It included 3 nights + half board, one breakfast with champagne, one candlelight dinner and a Thalasso bath (our choice was rose petals). It was indeed an excellent choice: warm welcome, spacious room (Enzian), tasteful food, relaxing spa - a delight for all senses.
