Traditional hotel good food friendly staff with great access to the lovely crystal hotel BUT I had to complain on 5 occasions about the lack of hot water for showering after a long day skiing! Sort it out Sportif!!

2nd time staying here. A 3 star sharing the facilities of the 5 star next door. This is the friendlier and more down to earth side with the same facilities as the crystal for a much lesser price. Although more traditional (but cheaper) than its other half the Chrystal, it proved very comfortable with large rooms (we had 42) good functional bathrooms (but please get rid of the shower curtains along baths and install screens!).
