Just returned from a fantastic week at the Alpina. Hotel facilities were excellent, food, service and the spa exceeded our expectations. We found the hotels owners friendly and very welcoming. The staff generally were helpful and attentive. more

We stayed here in late February '08 and had a fantastic time. This is an incredibly comfortable hotel with excellent facilites (the spa is gorgeous) and great food (don't miss their gala night - but every night the food was lovely and beautifully presented and served by friendly attentive staff). Just back from the Hotel Alpina Deluxe in Obergurgl and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very friendly and service was excellent. The Alpina is just fabulous - quiet location at the edge of the town but with complimentary ski bus at your request to the slopes and the village which are 15 mins walk away. The Alpina offers a great environment - newly built yet combining authentic Tirolean atmosphere with a high specification of accomodation and facilities.
