This property is a mixture of B&B accom and self contained appartements.
Location is beautiful - overlooking a valley as is the property and rooms

The owner/manager though had real customer service issues.

First impression - not very friendly or pleased to see us - felt we were in the way, when we tried to purchase food and drink in their food serving area

One morning woken up at 5.30 in the morning!! - lots of load male voices and laughing. I went down stairs to ask if they could speak a little quieter - or at least close the door of the food serving area where a group of men were assembled.

Was told - they are just leaving - no apology - nothing

Carried on holiday as normal (bit tired though!)

Upon paying - my wife mentioned the incident again. Owner said - "Oh it is just a once a year gathering, where the local farmers meet to go to vienna it is not a regular thing!"
