19th century hotel, bit out-to-date, great location for ski fans ( oposite to Semmering slopes), however I would rate the hotel as a 3stars, the only value of 4 stars deserve breakfast bufet and dinner menu. The hotel is old and has a lot of history, it's very charming and I found the staff extremely helpful. The room I stayed in(Panoramic) was very spacious with superb views over the valley.
