Beautiful island - really away from it all. About 40 mins on ferry from Dubrovnik. You can have a really quiet traffic free break - hotel building and rooms a bit dark and dated but clean and everything you need for relaxing time. All rooms have sea view - some spectacular. Beautiful island, the weather is perfect. Sea so clear, locals very friendly. The hotel was spotless and the food was varied and plentiful. My husband and I have spent a week at the Lafodia Hotel 10 - 17 August 2008, on honeymoon and could not have asked for a more perfect destination. Got back last week from spending two weeks at Lafodia. The island is stunning and the hotel lived up to our expectations. A good three star.
