To begin with, Bears Den was easy to find. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed - from coffee, coffee cups, yummy cookies and breakfast pastries, milk, juice to bathroom amenities. Local menus and tourist information was provided as well. The only downside was no phone in the room. more
Our stay was very nice and we throughly enjoyed our accommodations. We wish we had stayed there the other two nights... It was much nicer then our other accommodations we already had arranged. It was everything we expected and more... more
We had plenty of room for all of use, myself, my son and his wife, my daughter and her boyfriend. We especially liked the cookies! more
My 70-year-old mother and I stayed here in Den 2 for five nights, and what a pleasure it was! The place was very clean, there was a plate of fresh cookies waiting for us, and it was very cozy. We stayed in the Bear’s Den for 2 nights in August, and we were so pleased with our choice! We stayed in the upstairs den, with 3 bedrooms and a common living area. Stayed here 3 nights, Aug 16-18 with a friend. We had Den 1, with the balcony. The one room suite had great light, comfy beds, 2 wonderful recliners, a sofa, and a kitchenette area.
