The Falls Inn B&B is a most elegant home. Dianne, the proprietor, is gracious and welcoming. The three-story house includes two guest rooms -- small suites, actually -- on the third floor of the home. (There is no elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs!)

We used both rooms. Our first night, our two children (18 and 16) and we stayed in the Bay Luxury Suite. We had a full-sized bed; our kids had a day bed and a trundle. In addition to the bathroom, there is a balcony overlooking Resurrection Bay (three blocks away) and the small boat harbor, as well as a breakfast nook, a couch, a desk, and a fireplace.

We were away on an overnight camping trip the second night, but Dianne very graciously allowed us to keep our extra things at her home (at no charge). When we returned for two more nights, she said that no one had rented the second suite, the Falls Luxury Suite, so she moved my wife and me there, while our kids spread out in the Bay Suite.
