The best thing Alaska has going for it in the summer are it's great campgrounds. Real Alaska wilderness, outside the busyness and touristy towns. This campground is not too far from Seward, near the highway, and has some great hikes. Wildflowers all over the place in the summer. It is near the highway so you will hear some car traffic from time to time. more
