Joe and his son TJ have a nice one room cabin that seems to give you that real Alaska feel. We stayed four nights with them and truely made new friends. They know the area and had many recommendations. Joe let us borrow his gold pans and directed us where to go to find some gold flour (and we did).... more

This was the second time I have stayed at this cabin ---which is only a few miles outside of town.
