The location is perfect because it is in walking distance from everything. There are a lot of stairs and if you have bags it is a problem no elevator available it is clean But it is noisy because of the woodden floors and you can hear the other rooms and the street. The Seattle Ace Hotel overtly, if not aggressively, markets itself as a "hip" hotel.
