Stayed at the Mayflower with my wife while attending a conference at the Washington State Convention Centre. Great location. Close enough to walk to the Centre but far enough to avoid running into attendees 24/7! Also close to a wide range of shopping tastes: Macy's, Nordstron, Banana Republic Payless and Ross Dress for Less for example. Some of the surroundings... more

The Mayflower Park was a great place to stay. It is 82 years old and the room are a bit smaller to match but definitely fine for a solo traveler. The service was impeccable. The location is great - four blocks from Pike Street Market, two from the Convention Center and right next to Macy's and Nordstroms if you are... more

The Mayflower Park hotel is a "historic" hotel, so it may not have all of the amenities (flat screen tv, large bathroom) of a newer hotel, but it served our needs for a short three day trip to Seattle. It's just a few blocks from the market, so it was great to start the day with breakfast from one of... more

We've stayed here three times but this was our first since I joined TripAdvisor. We had three nights around our anniversary. The hotel is a great combination of location and service. Every staff person we interacted with was polite and friendly. We had a deluxe room this trip, which I recommend over the standard room. The seating area gives you... more

We booked this hotel through Expedia.ca. Received an awesome rate of CDN$129. Rates for our room would usually go for over $200 a night. We think it was because we booked the room just for one night (Saturday) and just two days before we were in Seattle. They may have just been trying to fill the rooms. Upon our arrival,... more

Almost perfect but the housekeeper needs to look more closely in lower and corner areas. A great location. We had a deluxe queen/queen with plenty of room. I would recommend a higher level because of local construction. The fitness area only had two treadmills. more

I stayed at the Mayflower during a conference in March. I got conference rates, which were not extremely inexpensive, but also not full rates. Overall my experience was positive. The location is very good... it's attached to a shopping mall that also houses a station of the Seattle Monorail -- I didn't ride the Monorail, but it was extremely convenient... more

'tis a grand old place with none of the quirks and problems you often find in older hotels. It's is modern in all of the important ways - baths, climate control, elevators, WiFi - all very nice and well maintained. Terrific staff, especially the valets. The bar is noted for their martinis and for good reason - best I've had.... more

My husband & I spent 10 nites here. Business for him, leisure for me. We were upgraded to a lovely spacious room on the 10th floor with 2 windows, distant views to Lake Union & Cascade Mtns ( I think that's right ) CONS: The first nite or early morning ( as we came in on the Coast Starlight train... more

Stayed with three friends in one of the quadruple rooms. Beautiful hotel, super friendly staffs, and excellent location! 8 min walk to the public market and 10 min walk to the convention center made it very easy to enjoy Seattle while spending bulk of daytime in the convention center. Recommend Public Market, restaurants and coffee shops on first avenue, Washington... more
