Stayed here one night. Inn is close to a Trader Joes, great restaurants and to the zoo. Hotel seemed safe although close by areas in the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. Excellent staff and sunny, comfy lobby. The rooms are quite small but clean and charming. Good breakfast; I loved sitting at the counter facing Roosevelt Ave, watching early morning commuters. For a driver visiting Seattle for the first time the Inn was really convenient , so close to the main interstate highway yet in a quiet location with great parking. While out of town the lake was close by with a pleasant walkway around the campus that was v pleasant. Having laundry facilities, free computer internet access (albeit time limited)... more

We stay at University Inn regularly when we combine medical trips with recreational activities. We enjoy the quiet rooms, easy parking, the swimming pool and friendly staff. We love walking through the University District - sampling many different ethnic foods. The Inn appeals to both my teenager and my fourth grader. more

Me and my brother went to Seattle to catch the LSU / Washington game. Seattle is a great town.....clean, nice people, good food, modern, low crime, educated and friendly people. We stayed in this hotel for a week. Our visit primarily was to visit the Boeing factory. But we loved Seattle.
