I couldn't get the Grand Hyatt across the street to guarantee a room with two beds for the weekend I wanted earlier this month, so I picked the Paramount instead. Pros: 1- Quick service. This is a small place and they react quickly. I had a problem with the knob on my shower the first morning and I had maintenance... more

We were very impressed with what we got for the price we paid. The hotel is recently remodeled and the rooms are very clean and modern as is the hotel lobby. The location is excellent being just a short walk to Pike Place and various neighborhoods for shopping and dining. The restaurant is excellent - with 7 hours of happy... more

I've stayed in most of the mid-priced hotels in downtown Seattle, and this hotel, physically (rooms, lobby, etc.) is comparable to the rest. The location, however, was excellent, as we were attending a concert at the Paramount Theater. After the concert, the hotel's restaurant, Dragonfish, was packed and was a BARGAIN! They had late-night "happy hour" and we had several... more

Front desk staff was not at all courteous, helpful or friendly. Room with window facing a wall and back parking lot was remodeled and clean but that was the only thing good about it. We asked for an upgrade, but was not offered free of charge as most other hotels do if rooms are available. Definitely not even a three... more

We stayed at the Paramount this month to attend a play. Everything about the experience was great until we checked out. Our GPS system had been stolen. It was put away in the glove box and we noticed immediately that it was gone when the Valet brought our car to us. When we talked to the front desk, they told... more

Stayed 2 nights at the Paramount Hotel in Seattle. I had requested extra towels during my online booking. When we checked in at the hotel, the girl at the front desk said housekeeping might not be aware of my online request for extra towels. How is that my job to ensure that housekeeping is aware of this, isn't this the... more

The Paramount is in a great location for sightseeing and shopping. Everything is at your doorstep. The Public Market is only blocks away and a great place to start the day. We were able to walk to the baseball stadium and get tickets on the day of the game. more

A girlfriend and I spent 3 nights here and felt it was perfect for us. Location is good- between 2 bus/light rail stations and easy walking to Pike Place Market. The room was comfortable and updated. Very friendly desk and bellman, even a computer free to use in the lobby. The clerk printed out our boarding pass, too. If taking... more

The location couldn't have been better. Next to Pacific Place and within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and Pike Place Market. Took the monorail from Pacific Place to Seattle Center ($2.00) and went to the Space Needle. The hotel itself seemed brand new. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the big fireplace in... more

This hotel is a great value. It is quiet but has all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent. The location is perfect for the business or the vacation traveler. Teh fitness center was a bit small-my only concern. I will stay here again. more
