Don't be put off by the lobby (looks like an office building.) The rooms are very nice, and location is fabulous, and the happy hour is bountiful--if you fill up at lunch, you can make do with it. I recommend this hotel highly more

What a surprise. Don't know where to start. Definitely five star . The service from the front desk to maids etc was like having a personal butler.
