We booked this hotel after reviews on a cruise site. The staff was amazing and they have a shuttle to the local shops. Seeing the fish market is something! We were told ahead of time they had a shuttle to the cruise ship dock but when we arrived they said they didn't do it anymore.They did it for us anyway........ more

My husband and I stayed here this year because we had such a great experience 3 years ago at the same hotel. Sure, it's pricey--but the hotel has free parking and a shuttle at your service. We had a room overlooking the lake and really enjoyed our stay. If we get to Seattle again, we'll be sure to stay here. more

The Silver Cloud rooms were comfortable. Our Crockery in one of our rooms had lipstick on it! The free wireless internet was ridiculously slow. The hotel is not central to anything for tourists, but they did provide a free shuttle, which was good. more

We visit the Lake Union area about 4 times a year and have split our stays between the Silver Cloud and the Marriott Residence.
