Great price. Really nice breakfast. Attentive staff everywhere. Well maintained inside and out. Only two concerns. 1. One of the two bedrooms in our suite was quite cramped; the other very spacious. 2. Two out of 3 phones in our suite did not work. Other than that, great value and would stay there again.

I picked this hotel due to the close proximity and location to Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc.) and the location of great restaurants within walking distance; it is close to Lower Queen Anne. Hotel was very clean, 3 blocks from the space needle and monorail. Excellent room service and breakfast (pre-made eggs, omelets, breakfast meat (sausage/bacon), oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh fruit,...). The fitness center was being upgraded during my stay, though the origianlal room remained open. Would return to this location.

Excellent value for money at this hotel. We were very impressed by the quality of staff. They were extremely helpful at all times. We would recommend this to others who would want a quality stay. Thanks again to Hampton Inn and Suites for a great experience.

Totally a find! I was blown away. We walked a short walk from Seattle center monorail with our luggage and it was hot and muggy. We were greeted with cold water bottles at the front desk. After some research, we wanted to stay at the Maxwell, but it was booked. The Hampton Inn is just down the block and much, much cheaper. I very much enjoy staying in this hotel. The staff is veery nice, the rooms and ammenities are great and the hotel is convenient for late night eating in a great location downtown. I was surprised parking cost extra, but it's secured in a locked garage.

It's interesting how one desk clerk can taint an experience. We arrived late to the hotel and when I asked for a quiet room the person told me that those rooms go to people who arrive earlier and gave us a room on the first floor. What a nice clean and friendly hotel. The service from the front desk to the ladies at the kitchen were great. We had several things that we needed assitance with and everyone was ready to help. Would stay here again!
