nothing extraordinary about this hotel, shares airport shuttle with red roof inn so delay for stop to/from can be expected, takes a long time for credit card "incidentals" charges to be removed from the credit card account, room fair at best, tiny bathroom, recommend Priceline lower its rating to 2-star, more

I experienced very unpleasant telephone service. I called the reception and simply wanted to ask a quick question but a lady who answered said, "front desk" without identifying herself, and instead of asking if she could put me on hold, just said "hold on please," and put me on hold right away. I work in the customer service industry myself... more

This is a very old hotel and is falling apart. There is a lack of customer service as well. I checked into the hotel around 12am on 30th June. About 5 minutes after getting into the room I went down to request extra sheets for the pull out couch, I was told some would be sent up, they never were.... more

i stayed @ this property for 1 night before flying home . I booked my room thru piceline for $80. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's really nice inside. Check-in was quick and efficient. My room was on the 5th floor. The room was very clean and modern. It had nice linens and granite in the... more

$40/night and 2 queen size beds. The bath products are generic and the rooms are just your average hotel rooms. The sheets seemed old and there was a stain on one of the blankets. What really annoyed us is that parking is $12 a day. Really sucky. The hotel seems old and there were lots of guests standing outside smoking.... more

Ok it was 70 in Seattle the night we stayed here. However this was our 2nd time here usinf priceline. The rooms are so warm and stuffy we could not sleep( we had the air on as cool as it would go!) It was so bad I only slept maybe an hour or two after my husband got up to... more

Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Am priority club member and it had a list of perks that were welcome. Room (especially bathroom) a little on the snug side. Bed wonderful. Room service food delicious. Pretty quiet for being right across the street from the airport. Customer service from Manager to housekeeping to room service to banquet were mostly all... more

This Holiday Inn is located across the street from the airport. It has a shuttle which is shared with another hotel about 1/4 mi away. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, according to signs posted in the lobby. It is an older property (round thing on top floor). I stayed at this property two non-consecutive nights within a 3 day... more

The rooms were fine. The thing I remember the most was being really excited to have a hot tub to relax in after lots of traveling. My husband and I went down to the hot tub, and joined about 6 other people in it. They were all sitting in the tub with their heads wrapped in towels like turbans. I... more

Old dated hotel. Parking costs extra. Lot is known for cars being broken into and damaged. Staff not only unfriendly, but incompetant. Hallway and room had the suffocating odor of cigarettes. Pool was not operational, even though we had called ahead and were told that it was. Low celings, old peeling ceilings, and last but not least hair on the... more
