I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 3 nights during a business/leisure trip. Its proximity to shops is unbeatable. I; however, find that Seattle has better hotels for me and therefore I may never stay at Hyatt again. Its lack of proper lobby and lounge is something you will notice as soon as you arrive. If you want to have... more

The room was beautiful, our dinner at Urbane was perfect. The next morning, after a beautiful walk to the market, I dressed for a family wedding, putting on an heirloom ring. After checking out, I noticed my ring had slipped off my finger and was no where to be found. Pressed for time, I told the desk staff, who were... more

When we first pulled up, the valet was ready to take your bags and the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful. We had a corner room with beautiful views. Ruth Chris is located in the hotel. Fantastic food and we had a fantastic waiter. The hotel was spotless, the room was spotless and it... more

This was a beautiful hotel. We checked in late one night and all staff were fantastic. We had a great view of the Space Needle from our room which was fun, but the blackouts blinds and totally sound proof room really made the difference. The location is great; it is a short walk from everything. The room was incredible, everything... more

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in June - I made a three-day stop in Seattle during a cross country trip. Needless to say, the Grand Hyatt was one of the nicest hotels I experienced during my trip. The staff was GREAT, and the room, very clean and modern, had a great view. The bathrooms were very spacious and stylish.... more

I am surprised to see so many rave reviews here because although service is good and the rooms are high quality, the hotel lacks any character or flare and during a 12 day stay that was something I really noticed. The lobby is gloomy, the business centre is in a room as big as a cupboard. The bar is out... more

We had a regular room but it has one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've seen. I was really impressed with the room. Everything was great. The location was also very central for tourist attractions. more

During a recent trip to Seattle, we stayed at both this hotel and the Westin. Both hotels were nice, but this hotel has amazing rooms! Very spacious bathrooms with top of the line toiletries and linens. Beds were extra comfy as well. The only thing that could have used a little help were the men handling the luggage as you... more

Close to market place and fabulous restraunts and shopping! We recommend splurging the extra $50 a night on the regency club- you go up to exclusive area overlooking the city for light breakfast (fruit, sweet rolls, starbucks coffee/tea, cereals, yogurt), and orderves and drinks at happy hour. At $4 a glass of darn good cab, its worth it and the... more
