Great location nice room if you don't mine running next door to star bucks to get Internet access. You'd think a 300 dollar a night hotel would include Internet access. Hell, Motel 6 does even that. more

We arrived into Seattle a day early to enjoy the town before departing on our Alaskan Cruise on the Celebrity Infinity and decided to stay a day over when we returned from the cruise We arrived before check in but that was no problem since I have a Hyatt Gold Card. I asked for an upgrade and was upgraded to... more

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt after going on an Alaskan NCL cruise. The location of this hotel is the great thing about it, right in the heart of the shopping area (Macys, Nordstroms, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Tiffanys, Old Navy etc etc), also good restaurants are right on your doorstep, plus a couple of cinemas. Its quite a "businessy" hotel,... more

This hotel was wonderful. It was in a great location to where you could walk to any major attraction downtown. The hotel was very clean and the prices were extremly reasonable. I would for sure stay here again. more

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Hyatt both Pre and Post cruise to Alaska. Upon check-in the first night we were delighted to find out we had been upgraded to a corner suite at no charge. The room was great. The real treat was on our return after the cruise we had booked... more

Wonderful stay. Even tho' we were on vacation (therefore never "dressed up") the staff, from bell hops, front desk, doormen, valet, etc. were the most courteous and welcoming folks we've EVER encountered in any of our many travels, including cruise ships. The level of training must be constant. The hotel is as grand as the "Grand" in its name; and... more

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff was charming and extremely helpful. The hotel is lovely and is a great location near shopping and Pike Place Market. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were extraordinary! Meeting rooms were well equipped, with a comfortable temperature and reasonable seating. Even the conference food was good! Not your usual rubber chicken! more

I spent three very peaceful nights at the Grand Hyatt. The room was large and extrordinarily clean. The bathroom had a large shower, and an inviting bathtub, that looked like new. The in-room coffee was the best "hotel room" coffee I have had in any hotel. And if you don't like the in-room coffee, a Starbucks is located next to... more

I Traveled for 15 years on business and many more for leisure travel. I have stayed in pretty rustic inns to 5 star hotels. The Gran Hyatt was truly the nicest Hyatt I have ever visited and the views and staff far exceeded some stays I have had at hotels in the Four Seasons chain and Ritz Carlton. What an... more
