This place has no air conditioning in the rooms. Our room was supposed to have a view...which appeared to be a brick wall about ten feet from the window. The place is older and needs updating. However, the staff was very polite and helped us anyway they could. Great staff! The place was clean and the common areas were nice. more

Walking distance to Seattle Center, Space Needle, Music Experience, Key Arena. On bus line and short walk to Monorail ($4.00 round trip) which drops off in downtown Seattle ( very short ride) at the Westlake Center Mall. Seattle is my favorite city and the Med Inn is my favorite hotel in Seattle. The rates are very reasonable and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you're lucky you might even get a decent view! Even though I live in Seattle, I frequently stay in the Mediterranean Inn when I have an ELKS function since it is only 2 blocks away. Mediterranean Inn is a beautiful hotel with excellent value. The rooms are large and comfortable and we got a room with a lake view even though we didn't ask for it.
