Our first room (1005) had beautiful views of the water, however the elevators across the hall where rather noisy. We requested to change rooms which took persistence. On my fourth trip to the desk requesting to be moved did I actually get a new room. Our reservation had requested a king bed, but we received two queens instead. When we... More

We had the best time in Seattle last week! We were pleasantly surprised by our hotel accommodations. We had a spectacular view of the water, watching the ferry boats come and go. The hotel had a front and rear entrance, so we could cut a 12 a block off our hike each time. The beds were comfy, the pillows so-so... More

Great rooms in a great location. Park here and you can walk to all the best spots in Seattle. The rooms are HUGE and well equipped. I esp. enjoy that you get FREE wifi! I am so tired of being charged for something that should just be included. Great staff too.

If you are looking for a comfy place to stay within walking distance of the Pike Place Market, Westlake Center & much, much more this is the place. My husband I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary & were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite; the views from the executive suite of the waterfront, the Olympic... More

Located just 3 blocks from the Monorail Stop and 5 blocks from Pikes Place Market, its within walking distance of many Seattle attractions. The Great Ferris Wheel and the Seattle Aquarium are also within walking distance, but a bit more of a trek. We spent 5 nights here, after 4 other days up north, while my husband attended a conference.... More

The combination of location and reasonable room rates at this hotel are hard to beat. We were able to walk a few short blocks to the Pike Place Market and waterfront and take the monorail from nearby Westlake station to the Space Needle/Seattle Center area, as well as LINK train to and from Safeco Field. The hotel itself was in... More

The rooms are excellent and wifi is functional. The reception is a mixed bag of extremely service minded personnel interlaced with personnel behaving with arrogance and lack of etiquette. The lack of general knowledge on their own environment of some of the receptionists is astounding. Last but not least personnel appear to have an attitude to approach very informally, but... More

Overall, my experience was okay at this hotel and I would stay there again. I stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms, which was very nice, although the furniture was not of the best quality (coming from the furniture business). There was no hotel guide in the room, so I was unable to order room service and was forced... More
