The PanPacific Hotel was excellent!! I cannot say enough about the friendly staff, the clean/well equipped rooms, AND the Whole Foods grocery store that was underneath the hotel. Traveling alone to a place FAR from my home was a bit scary but the staff was great with their recommendations for activities and with directions/assistance in getting to those fun places! more

I purchased the room through one of the discount travel websites. Two weeks ago I stayed in a Ritz-Carlton and didn't receive anywhere near the level of service we received here. The check in staff was very helpful, offered us everything we could have asked for and more. We stayed in preparation for a cruise and were pleasantly surprised. more
