We felt the warmth and were welcomed by two very personable women.... Judy and Lydia.... the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were gourmet ..... and hearty. The location is perfect , a quiet residential neighborhood withoin walking access to many nice restaurants , AND the beach area. We felt we hit a home run .
