We stayed at this hotel around 7 years ago and have used it as a base on the beach to explore around the Cap and area. The advantages of it is that is is located right on a wonderful large sandy beach with the clear calm Mediterraen sea. You just go across the dunes via a little path. In September it is never too crowded.
Disadvantages is that the road is noisy and you can hear the railway line in the night - but we knew what to expect. Also the hotel forms part of a residence so sometimes the holiday long-term residents can get a bit noisy!
The rooms are basic but comfortable with shower/bath combo. Decor is bright orange and white. Cheap soap and towels but the room costs only around £45 a night which, for the beach location is not bad.
A change from our last visit was that everything including the telephone, remote control for the TV (wall mounted), is screwed down for security. There is even a message in the bathroom saying that the towels are...
