There were toe-nail clipping on the carpet, hair in the sink and bath tub, stains on the sheets, my traveling partner got stuff stolen out of his room, and at 2 am someone walked into my room. Plus staff didn't know how to give reciepts for payment. more

I booked a hotel on the road using a well known hotel website to book my hotel for that evening while traveling around Alaska. I looked at the website shown, and wasn't looking for a fancy hotel, but a decent hotel that was clean & affordable to relax for one evening. This hotel is the biggest dive in Anchorage. Two of the windows were broken, the furniture had burn holes, in a non-smoking room. The kitchen had dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The carpet was dirty and had large stains all over...Do not stay here unless you are looking for a real dump!!!! more
