Given the title - why bother. Other area hotels, from the Captain Cook downtown to the Embassy Suites provide better everything! My toilet ran all night and no amount of requests and complaints changed the situation. I just checked out. more

Hotel is a clone of any other HGI you will visit anywhere in the US. Stayed on 3 different nights during a two week visit to Alaska during late July/early August. I've probably spent an entire month at this hotel over the past few years.
