The staff is more than friendly. At least the native ( i believe) couple who attended me were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are not fancy but they´re clean. Stay away from this place. I spent one night here and that was enough for me. The rooms are very small, dirty, and dingy. The front desk people are the most rude people I have ever met. Readers, find somewhere else to stay! This place is a dive. Without knowing what I was getting into, I booked this place online. I stayed in Anchorage recently for a consulting project. Wanted to find someplace downtown for a couple of nights to go sightseeing.
