I stayed a night on June 16th. We were in a suite and we were quite pleased with the stay. Very close to the shops in downtown. The evening attendant was very polite and gave us some ideas of places to visit that we had not intended to do, we visited them and were quite happy. I was really looking... more

I'm sorry the guest was not as satisified as I would like. However when you book a hotel that is half priced as a comparable hotel, have free luggage storage, free in room coffee, bottled water, jet tub and other such things. When a little problem arised and was taken care of on the spot. I don't know waht more...

When I checked into this hotel, my immediate thought was that the other reviewers on this site were either (a) paid to say good things, or (b) joking. I could not believe this was the most highly rated hotel on Trip Advisor in Anchorage. My room was dingy (basement level), stale smelling, and it looked like the comforter hadn't been... more

I wish when guest are not happy with something, room, service or whatever they would bring it to the attention of the staff and not wait untill they leave and then write a review. |If a probvlem arises it is very easy to correct at that time, not after the fact. This basement room is always pointed out to the...
