A friend of mine and I had reservations at the Black Angus Inn. 48 hours prior to the departure for the Alaskan vacation, my mother died. We phoned the Inn to cancel our reservations. Offered to send a copy of the death certficiate as proof. Was told a refund would not be granted. more
