We arrived at the facility at 11pm., after a rough shuttle ride. The hotel was expecting us and had all of our papers ready for us, they simply handed us our key cards. The service was good, as was the room. Airport pickup/dropoff was a bonus. We were disappointed by the instant coffee at breakfast, food better than a continental menu but limited. However, the filter coffee in the room was fine. more

The hotel is two star in everyway, unfriendly staff, the room is dark and smelly, eventhough it suppose to be non-smoking, the room is smelled of smoke. Also do not stay in rooms on the ground floor, it looks either into the parking lot or face the train tracks. so you can't even open the curtain unless you want everyone... more
