Good deal for the price we received booking through Expedia. Cleanliness, lack of professionalism and service were quite disappointing. Room had bulbs burned out, used towels from prior guests, empty toiletries - requiring two requests for service. Decent suite hotel within easy walking distance of a lot of downtown sites. Very similar room layout to the Hawthorne Suites, but this place seemed more worn. Although the suites were spacious and well furnished, I was rather disappointed with the lack of overall upkeep (e.g. the pool was not adequately heated). The location - further from the main tourist shopping area than other hotels - may be a factor to consider for some. more
