The hostess was very friendly, lots of tourist info provided, coupons, ideas etc. She upgraded us to a small suite at no extra charge as she had a last minute booking. Very clean, warm and quiet. Breakfast was substantial, even had soy milk for the lactose intolerant! You won't be offered that anywhere else! Very good overall experience as our welcome to AK. more
