We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Les Carmes. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay there. We started each day with fresh croissants and a delicious breakfast, and ended with champagne coctails and a delicious gourmet meal cooked by James. Not only was the food "out of this world" delicious, but it was... more

Les Carmes combines the intimacy of a small country hotel with the luxury of something much bigger. The alluring warmth of the hospitality offered by owners Mike and Ann Parkes and their staff; the lovely rooms and beautifully appointed bathrooms; the idyllic courtyard garden; and above all the delectable gourmet dinners provided by chef James, create a package that almost... more

Les Carmes is that special it's hard to put into words. I'm just back from there after staying there during a honeymoon and I'll be sure to go back there again soon. Go for the lovely location, enjoy the lovely room, get blown away by the excellent food, have fun with the hosts, learn a thing or three in the... more

We stayed for 4 nights, with our traveller friends and even that was way too short. Ann and Mike and Aniella were the perfect hosts in a home so beautiful and comfortable (and so clean) that our thoughts were to abandon ship at home and move on in permanently! The B&B is well positioned for marvelous day trips which we... more

Les Carmes is one of the few hotels/B&Bs that lives up to the hype and praise received on TA. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect including our room, food (breakfast and dinner), location, and the charming service provided by Mike and Ann. I cant wait to tell all of our friends and family to plan a trip to Provence... more
