We stayed in an appartment for 8 persons with 6 adults and 2 children. The appartment was great, luxurious with spacious rooms and two bathrooms. The views from the balconies are great on the Tarentaise valley and we had a south facing balcony which provided some great sunbathing. Stayed at these well equipped and fairly spacious apartments at February half term. Nice reception area with friendly staff and both wifi (free) and wired (5 Euro/15 min!) internet access. We have just returned from a week at L'Oree des Cimes in Vallandry. Vallandry is a quieter resort than the neighbouring Les Arcs/La Plagne. At altitude, everything is up and down hills and certainly not for the unfit. Tip: if you have anyone taking ski lessons, ask the instructor to drop them off at the Grizzley lift - it's only... more

We have just come back from 2 weeks in Vallandry. The village is lovely and L'oree des Cimes is known as the best accommodation in the area.
