I stayed one night on a weekend in December. When I asked for a quiet room the receptionist told me that a theatre group had arrived that will play the "Troubadour" in the neighbouring conference center that night. She clearly expressed her hope that everything will be all right and if I should hear anything during the night I should not hesitate to ring up. Unfortunately noise from next room woke me up in the middle of the night. A phone call to the receptionist around three o'clock showed no effect. When I checked out the next morning I told the other lady. She apologized and gave me the breakfast for free.
I am not used to such open utterings but they did a great effect on me. I find this behaviour professional.
The rest of this stay: spacious, nice room and bath room. The restaurant was empty the early evening so that I prefered to drive down to Ulm (a nice city with many medevial buildings in the centre plus the cathedral). The breakfast in the morning was good... more
